Wholesome homemade granola with the crunch and depth of real cacao nibs — oats, nuts, honey, and Atucún nibs baked until golden. A clean, chocolatey start to the day.
Ingredients
3 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup Atucún cacao nibs
1/2 cup mixed nuts (almonds, walnuts, pecans), chopped
1/3 cup honey
1/4 cup coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C)

In a large bowl, mix oats, cacao nibs, and chopped nuts

Warm honey and coconut oil until liquid and easily mixable

Stir vanilla, cinnamon, and salt into the honey mixture

Pour wet ingredients over oat mixture and stir until evenly coated

Spread mixture on a parchment-lined baking sheet
