Eric's Banana Cold Foam

The natural sweetness of banana bridges coffee's bitterness and chocolate's richness in this five-minute iced coffee, finished with grated Atucún Coffee Bar.

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Atucún Coffee Bar, finely grated

  • 1 ripe banana

  • 1 cup cold brew coffee

  • 1/2 cup oat milk

  • 1 cup ice

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • Pinch of cinnamon

Instructions

    Blend banana, oat milk, vanilla, and cinnamon until smooth and frothy

    Fill a tall glass with ice

    Pour cold brew coffee over the ice

    Gently float the banana foam mixture on top

  5. 5

    Grate the Coffee Bar directly over the foam

    Serve immediately with a straw and stir before drinking

Pro Tips

  • Use a very ripe banana for maximum sweetness and creaminess

  • Chill the oat milk beforehand for better foam stability

  • Adjust cinnamon to taste — start with less and add more if desired
