Eric's Banana Cold Foam

The natural sweetness of banana bridges coffee's bitterness and chocolate's richness in this five-minute iced coffee, finished with grated Atucún Coffee Bar.
Ingredients
2 tbsp Atucún Coffee Bar, finely grated
1 ripe banana
1 cup cold brew coffee
1/2 cup oat milk
1 cup ice
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of cinnamon
Instructions

Blend banana, oat milk, vanilla, and cinnamon until smooth and frothy

Fill a tall glass with ice

Pour cold brew coffee over the ice

Gently float the banana foam mixture on top

Grate the Coffee Bar directly over the foam

Serve immediately with a straw and stir before drinking
Pro Tips
Use a very ripe banana for maximum sweetness and creaminess
Chill the oat milk beforehand for better foam stability
