Ingredients

2 tbspAtucún Coffee Bar(finely grated)
1Ripe banana
1 cupCold brew coffee
1/2 cupOat milk
1 cupIce
1 tspVanilla extract
PinchCinnamon

Instructions

  1. 1Blend banana, oat milk, vanilla, and cinnamon until smooth and frothy
  2. 2Fill a tall glass with ice
  3. 3Pour cold brew coffee over the ice
  4. 4Gently float the banana foam mixture on top
  5. 5Grate the Coffee Bar directly over the foam
  6. 6Serve immediately with a straw and stir before drinking

Pro Tips

  • Use a very ripe banana for maximum sweetness and creaminess
  • Chill the oat milk beforehand for better foam stability
