2 tbspAtucún Coffee Bar(finely grated)
1Ripe banana
1 cupCold brew coffee
1/2 cupOat milk
1 cupIce
1 tspVanilla extract
PinchCinnamon
Instructions
- 1Blend banana, oat milk, vanilla, and cinnamon until smooth and frothy
- 2Fill a tall glass with ice
- 3Pour cold brew coffee over the ice
- 4Gently float the banana foam mixture on top
- 5Grate the Coffee Bar directly over the foam
- 6Serve immediately with a straw and stir before drinking
