
Chocolate Negroni

A sophisticated twist on the classic Negroni, using melted 70% single-origin cacao to add depth and bittersweet complexity to gin, Campari, and sweet vermouth.
Ingredients
1 oz premium gin
1 oz Campari
1 oz sweet vermouth
1/2 oz Atucún 70% cacao, melted and cooled slightly
1 orange peel, for garnish
Instructions

Gently melt chocolate in double boiler until smooth, let cool slightly

Fill mixing glass with ice

Add gin, Campari, and sweet vermouth

Stir gently for 30 seconds to chill and dilute

Strain into chilled rocks glass over fresh ice

Float melted chocolate on top using bar spoon

Express orange oils over drink and garnish with peel
