1 ozPremium gin
1 ozCampari
1 ozSweet vermouth
1/2 ozAtucún 70% Cacao(melted and cooled slightly)
1Orange peel(for garnish)
Instructions
- 1Gently melt chocolate in double boiler until smooth, let cool slightly
- 2Fill mixing glass with ice
- 3Add gin, Campari, and sweet vermouth
- 4Stir gently for 30 seconds to chill and dilute
- 5Strain into chilled rocks glass over fresh ice
- 6Float melted chocolate on top using bar spoon
- 7Express orange oils over drink and garnish with peel
